How Integrity got started

In March of 2002, Integrity Engineering & Design, LLC was born.

After working for a General Contractor for 6 years, Jim Tschampl, Integrity's founder, realized the need for a business where the building designers have hands-on construction and estimating experience.

Today, we are that Design Firm.

Integrity's focus is to keep our customers looking good as their designs go from paper to brick and mortar.

Integrity is small and responsive to the needs of our clients.

Our lower overhead allows us to meet budgets and our one on one service ensures that our client will never miss a deadline waiting for engineering to come through.

Integrity is unique because 95% of our projects are actually constructed.
We are always close to where the rubber meets the road.
As a result, our details are better, our response time is shorter, and we understand your challenges as if we have walked a mile in your shoes!
